The Chalet de la résidence des Tartalys is located on the heights of Serre Chevalier Chantemerle, 750 m from the start of the ski slopes.
Facing due south, the terrace, garden and bay window will allow you to enjoy the exceptionally sunny climate of the region.
The chalet is attached to the Tartalys residence. The building entrance and the entrance to the private garage are shared, but the dwelling has all the features of a true chalet. The living room, as well as the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, are spacious and tastefully decorated. The floor area is 126 m².
